Hello everyone!
I thought I'd share one of my favorite easy snack recipes!
CHOCOLATE!
3 tbls. of Honey
1/2 cup Non-sweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
(Optional) A few drops of orange extract
Instructions:

1. Melt the coconut oil, but don't melt it all the way.
(It shouldn't be super liquidy and clear or else the chocolate will be really runny, but you can fix that by adding more cocoa powder and honey.)
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
It shouldn't be too liquidy nor too thick.
It shouldn't be too liquidy nor too thick.
If it's too sweet add more powder, if it's too bitter add more honey.
4. Line a cookie sheet with one of those rubber mats or use wax paper.
5. Pour/scrape the chocolate onto the cookie sheet and spread it out.
6. Stick it in the freezer!
7. Wait about 30 minutes (I don't really time it, but that should be enough time...)
8. Now crack it into smaller pieces and whenever you have a chocolate urge, pop one in your mouth!
FYI: The chocolate has to stay in the freezer or it will melt.

That looks good! I'm going to have to try it. Does it taste good?
ReplyDeleteYou should! Yeah, it tastes really good! It has a bit more dark chocolatey taste than regular chocolate, but I love it! My brothers sometimes beg me to make it when we run out. :P
DeleteYum! How did it taste? :)
ReplyDeleteIt tastes dark chocolatey, but with sweetness in it still. You can add more honey to it if it's to dark for your taste! :)
